1、summary通常是摘要概要的意思，表示内容的概述。
2、report则是报告，指完成的结果写成书面表达或口头表达。
我们工作中需要叫的周报告叫做weekly report，需要用投影片来做的报告叫做presentation，意思是给大家讲解相关内容，做一个陈述。
如果只是书面总结的话，可以使用report，如果是写出来还要在别人面前陈述出，presentation也可。
