【一般是固定用some ,do some cooking，可以不用the，应该是cooking 前没有加the 的习惯，因为一类统称前是不加定冠词the】
3.noon / night 前面如加介词是那个介词，是at 还是其他介词？

要不要在介词后面再加一个 the?

另in the afternoon=this afternoon. 就不会有in this afternoon的习惯了.因为in the afternoon就已是今天下午的意思了. the 如不别说明就是表示特指今天，当天. 没有 at this noon 的说法，但有at whole noon.整个中午，或说all at noon.
