3.结构完整，脉络清晰
考试时作文阅卷时间紧，且采用global scoring（整体评分）方法，因此阅卷老师不可能慢悠悠地欣赏你的大作 。作文阅卷老师都是经验非常丰富的大学英语教师，他们要在数分钟内浏览完考生作文，给出评分意见 。如何吸引阅卷老师的注意呢？我认为，一个完整框架是必不可少的，首先应让阅卷老师觉得你的文章是结构完整合理、符合要求的 。换言之，即具备英语文章的基本要素：引言段、扩展段和结尾段 。引言段中要包含thesis statement（中心句），扩展段的每段均应有topic sentence（主题句），结尾段应该是一个自然收尾的段落 。中文讲究意合，而英语注意形合，要求句与句、段与段之间运用恰当的过渡词，把上下文有机地连接起来 。因此，应适当运用关键词组、套句，以吸引阅卷老师的“眼球” 。
7.以活到老学到老写一篇英语作文活到老，学到老
Learning is one of the most important things in one's life, especially for children being educated in schools of different levels. They learn languages, mathematics, history, geography and so on. They must know that they should acquire as much knowledge as possible, which can help them know better about the outside world and develop themselves for their future career.
As for grown ups, even the aged, learning is important as well. Although they have studied something for many years, and have learned a lot already, there are still some experiences and laws summed up or discovered by our predecessors for them to learn. Moreover, the world keeps changing unceasingly. There is always something new for them to learn. Thus, they must be aware that they should stick to learning throughout their lives. Constant learning can make people become more learned and experienced so that they can suit the changing world better.
In short, the proverb “It is never too old to learn.” is true of everyone. Let us start and keep learning.
