教学设计的原理分析这三个方面的设计活动的规律而概括得到的 。这些原理可归纳如下:1. 目标导向原理 教学过程是通过教师与学生相互作用,在媒体和环境的配合下,使学生的认知行为和情感、意向朝着目标规定的方向、产生预期的持续的变化过程 。
因此,在教学设计中,教学目标起着方向的作用 。只有从明确、具体、的科学的目标出发,通过有效的教学设计和实施,使目标得以达成,这才是有序的、高效的教学 。
教学目标对教学活动的导向作用主要有三种: (1)目标的指向作用 。他是通过影响人的注意而实现的,有了明确的目标,人在教学活动中就会把注意力到与目标有关的问题上,而排除无关刺激的干扰 。
(2)目标的激励作用 。这种作用首先与教师对学生学习动机、兴趣、意向的启发、引导有关,其次还与目标设置的难易程度是否适当有关,是否把握到学生的“最近发展区”,让学生能较容易地获取知识和技能 。
(3)目标的标准作用 。一方面,教学目标设定后,是否达到既定目标,成了检查教学效果的尺度,另一方面,效果也为评价教学目标的合理性、适切性提供反馈信息,以便在下阶段教学中对教学目标作出适当的调整 。
在教学设计中,通过学习需求分析而编制的教学目标,还会制约教学过程的其他一些因素,主要包括:制约教师的教学活动;制约学生的学习活动;制约媒体的选择;制约教学的评价 。如在小学英语教学中,我们首先通过对教学需要的分析、教学内容的分析,并依照大纲的要求,具体指定合理的教学目标,根据目标去安排内容、结构、方法、手段(媒体) 。
没有目标,教学就是盲目的 。2. 教学结构的整体优化原理在教学设计中,要求教学过程结构具有整体优化的品质 。
首先要就要研究教学过程各要素之间的主次关系,回答谁是主要的矛盾,在教学设计中,要抓住学生与教学内容这个主要矛盾来开展;其次,要分析各要素之间相互联系、相互作用方式,实现教学过程各要素的有机配合,才能是教学得到最佳的整体效果 。教学过程的要素可以包括:学生、教师、教材、教学媒体与方法 。
也有人把它划分为(1)人(包括教师、学生、家长等);(2)教学材料(包括课本、练习材料及有关的音像材料等);(3)时空(包括年龄、阶段、学习时间等);(4)环境(包括设备、教学环境、风气等) 。教学过程要研究这些要素及要素之间的关系,必须从动态的、综合角度加以考察 。
在实际教学中,教学过程的每一个要素都产生一定的力,但导致最后的教学效果的力并不是各要素的力的简单加和,而是每个要素之间构成的“合力” 。这是教学过程的一条重要规律 。
