推荐审稿人怎么写 _审稿人

1.请大家来说一下自己推荐审稿人的原则？选熟人？选领域的牛人？
开始投稿的时候，我可能会推荐自己文章里面引用文e69da5e6ba907a6431333363373038献的审稿人，可是后来发现，即使我的结论和推荐的审稿人结论是一个方向滴，他们一般也不会感激我文章引用了他们的结论，甚至把我看成了一个竞争对象，对我的文章提出各种苛刻甚至反面的意见，导致文章被拒搞，因此，之后投稿，我不会选择我文章里面引用的文章里面的作者，无论结论一致还是结论相反。一般，我会将自己不希望审稿的作者罗列出来，主要是结论和我不一致的审稿人。
几次投稿，都是采取如下办法：1）从要投稿的杂志编委成员里面选择；2）从该杂志发表过的文章作者里面选择几个跟自己研究方向或者研究专业相近的文章的通讯作者；3）有的杂志要是可以拒绝推荐审稿人，也可以不推荐。
一般不会选择本领域的牛人作为审稿人，原因有二，第一，人家一般不会同意审稿级别比较低的杂志，第二，他们审稿，必然更加严格。从来没有选择熟人作为审稿人，自己没有熟人是牛人，也没有选择老板认识的朋友作为审稿人，原因主要是希望自己靠实力发表。
2.并谈一下推荐人被采纳的概率？熟人被录用的概率？选中国的审稿人被旅游的概率？
一般没有推荐过中国的朋友作为审稿人，一般推荐国外审稿人，最后并不知道是否是自己推荐的人审稿了，因此这个还真无从知道，不过倒是有一个朋友推荐过我老板作为审稿人，不过后来并没有用我老板审稿。
2. 如何推荐审稿人晴无语（站内联系TA）有两个方法，一个是找你参考文献中引用比较多的文章的通讯作者，然后可以google下，国外的课题组一般都有主页，会介绍他感兴趣的方向，及研究情况，找和你相近的。
