二、凭商务局颁发的《登记表》到公司所在区县工商局办理经营范围变更手续。
三、到所在区县税务局分别办理经营范围的变更手续。
四、到所属区县管辖海关办理备案登记手续，同时到市公安局指定的地点申刻报关专用章，申领《自理报关单位注册登记证明书》。
五、到出入境检验检疫局办理注册备案登记.
六、向中国电子口岸申请联合审批，取得入网许可，购IC卡、软件、读卡器，从而成为中国电子口岸正式会员。
七、到外汇管理局申请出口核销备案，进口单位进入名录备案，外汇账户开立申请。
八、具有一般纳税人资格的出口公司办理出口退税登记。
以上是办理进出口权的步骤的，没必要让货运公司去办理，国际货代本来就有进出口权的，除非你的货物是木箱或铁箱之类的，不能开箱查验的，货代公司要你提供保函，以便确认箱内无任何非法物品或海关，航空公司，海运公司明列禁运之物品
