二、主要研究内容：
第一阶段的研究内容是探讨英语阅读教学中存在的问题 。通过深入课堂观察、走访教师和学生，了解学生阅读学习的现状 。然后对调查情况进行分析，对影响阅读速度及阅读效果的原因加以总结 。
三、完成的主要研究工作：
1、首先我对七、八年级的部分学生做了一项学情调查 。同时，针对这一学情调查，进行总结分析 。此次调查主题：影响初中生阅读速度及阅读效果的原因调查 。对象：七年级、八年级的部分学生 。调查内容：围绕英语学习兴趣、英语阅读学习能力进行分析，进而了解学生的学习现状 。这次调查采用问卷的形
式，围绕问卷调查设计如下：

结果统计：选择1）选项的人数占23%，为A类 。选择2）选项的人数占53% ，为B类 。选择3）选项的人数占24%，为C类 。从直观数字上看，B类学生的存在之多，说明学生英语学习的兴趣还是一般，
越往高年级学生学习英语的兴趣越低 。
分析：学生学习英语缺乏学习兴趣，认为费时、费力，成绩不能很快有大的提高 。在学习中缺乏高效率，需要改善有效学习途径，提高课堂教学的效果 。这一分析为此次课题研究找到好的切入点 。
